System Requirements: Which devices will ChessGenius run on?	ChessGenius runs on all Windows Mobile devices! Version 2.0 runs on all Windows Mobile 6.0, 5.0 and 2003SE / 2003 devices. It runs on touch screen with stylus devices e.g. Windows Mobile 6 Professional, Windows Mobile 6 Classic and Windows Mobile 5, 2003SE / 2003 for Pocket PC. It also runs on non-touch screen devices e.g. Windows Mobile 6 Standard, and Windows Mobile 5, 2003SE / 2003 for Smartphone Version 1.9 runs on older 2002 and original Pocket PC devices with ARM processors. Please explain in detail how to install ChessGenius onto my Windows Mobile device.	1) Download the file "ChessGenius_WM_signed.exe" to your desktop computer. Click here to download now 2) Connect your Windows Mobile device to your desktop computer. 3) Run "ChessGenius_WM_signed.exe" on your desktop computer. 4) ChessGenius will now be installed into the games directory on your Windows Mobile device. You can start it by choosing: Start -> Programs -> Games -> ChessGenius 5) You will now be able to run the unregistered ChessGenius on your Windows Mobile device. To unlock the full features you must Buy/Register ChessGenius. You will then be sent a License Key by email which you enter into ChessGenius on your Windows Mobile device. Advanced, MAC and Unix users and may prefer a .CAB file. Click here to download ChessGenius_WM_signed.CAB now. Move the CAB file to your Windows Mobile device using infrared, bluetooth, email or ActiveSync. Execute the CAB file on your device and go to step 4) above. How much do program updates cost?	Updates are free for registered users.
I have bought ChessGenius, what happens if I upgrade or replace my Windows Mobile device. Will I need a new License? Is there a charge?	The License Key system is designed to prevent wholesale copying of the program, not to make life difficult for owners. Most times a new License Key will not be required. If you do need a new or updated License Key - for any reason - we are always happy to send them to any registered user. There is no charge for this.
I bought ChessGenius more than 48 hours ago and have not received my License Key. What should I do?	Send an email to support@chessgenius.com. The most common reason for delay is that we are unable to contact you due to a miss-spelling or typing error in the email address that was quoted on your order.
How do I castle with ChessGenius?	To castle move your king two squares to the right or left. If castling is legal Chess Genius will accept the move and move your rook. Castling is legal if the king and rook have not moved before in the game, the king is not in check and the squares that the king moves through are not attacked. ChessGenius made an illegal pawn capture	This is probably an en passant capture. To find out more see the next question.

What is the rating of ChessGenius?	It is probably around 2600 USCF elo on a device with a 400Mhz Intel XScale processor.
What about Hash tables?	ChessGenius has user adjustable hash tables. The size can be set when a new game is started or from Tools / Options. The hash tables can be adjusted in size from 64kb up to 16mb. ChessGenius plays stronger with bigger hash table, especially when ChessGenius has a long time to think. But big hash tables require more system resources. Hash tables are used to store parts of the search tree. If ChessGenius encounters a position already in the hash table the result can be retrieved from the table thus saving search time.
How can I transfer a game from my Palm device to my Desktop PC?	ChessGenius for Windows mobile reads and writes standard PGN files. These can be read by almost all desktop chess programs.
ChessGenius saves/loads games in PGN format. What is PGN?	PGN is "Portable Game Notation", a standard representation of chess game data in ASCII text files. It is used by most Chess software.
